Mitch English, our Developments Director, is a dynamic extrovert and entrepreneur at heart. With a BSc in Business Management and 10 years’ experience in Real Estate, Mitch excels in site identification, deal appraising and detailed analysis. His industry experience spans family housing, social housing, commercial and retail. Mitch's core strengths lie in his ability to navigate complex deals and his analytical approach to development opportunities.
Steve Peters
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Steve Peters, our Non-Executive Director, is a seasoned professional in UK real estate, with over 40 years of experience across housebuilding, housing associations and residential development. His expertise spans land acquisition, development, and maximising profitability through strategic planning and value engineering. Steve has held director-level positions, his roles have included Managing Director at Places for People Developments SE Region and Operations Director at United House Developments.
Finlay Everington
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Finlay serves as our Finance Director, bringing strong financial acumen and strategic thinking to the role. As a Chartered Accountant, he excels in simplifying our complex financial data, driving growth through process efficiencies and mitigating financial risks. Finlay's expertise in developing financial forecasts and investment strategies positions us for sustained growth and stability in the development sector.
Joshua Fitzwater
LAND & PLANNING MANAGER
Josh, our Land and Planning Manager is a meticulous strategist, bringing an analytical approach to the role. With extensive local government experience and a Masters in Town Planning, Josh excels in site identification, research and planning strategy. Josh has a proven track record in navigating complex planning scenarios and delivering successful, proactive outcomes on challenging sites.
