External Finishes

The exterior of the properties features natural timber cladding and slate roofs, echoing the look of traditional low-rise barns. This design approach blends classic rural architecture with a refined, contemporary finish, giving the homes a timeless yet stylish appearance reminiscent of historic agricultural buildings, but with a modern, elegant twist.

Kitchen

The kitchens, crafted in Germany by Häcker, feature classic shaker-style cabinetry complemented by elegant Häfele ironmongery. Each kitchen is finished with luxurious 30mm Carrara quartz worktops and a traditional Rangemaster double farmhouse sink, paired with a brass swan-neck mixer tap for a refined, timeless look. Fully equipped with premium integrated Smeg appliances- including an air induction hob, double fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a double oven with built-in microwave- these kitchens combine sophisticated style with seamless functionality.

Utility

The utility rooms, crafted in Germany by Häcker, feature simple, easy-to-clean doors and fully functional cabinetry, with dedicated space for both a washing machine and tumble dryer. Each utility includes a double stainless-steel sink with a pull-out spray mono mixer tap, providing the practical convenience expected from a well-designed utility space.

Bathrooms

The bathrooms feature stylish white sanitaryware and vanity units with chrome taps and showers by Saneux, complemented by full-height porcelain tiling to the shower enclosures and bath areas. The remaining walls are finished with a combination of half-height tiling and wall panelling. Additional touches include soft-close toilet seats and fitted LED mirrors above the vanity units.

Interior Design

In collaboration with LuxLife Interiors, each home has been thoughtfully designed to blend classic country character with a contemporary edge, resulting in interiors that are both timeless and stylish.

Feature Trusses

Creating a sense of space and warmth was central to the design of the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas, ensuring they feel generous yet inviting. Enhanced by oak feature trusses, these spaces beautifully reflect the barn-inspired character of the properties while offering a contemporary, welcoming atmosphere.

EV

To further enhance the sustainability of Chase Farm Barns and provide residents with both convenience and future-proofing, electric vehicle charging points have been installed at each property. This not only supports a greener lifestyle and aligns with the development’s eco-friendly ethos, but also ensures compliance with the latest building regulations, which require EV chargers in new homes with parking spaces. By offering this facility, Chase Farm Barns meets the needs of modern homeowners and adds long-term value to each home.

Heating

With underfloor heating throughout, space and water heating at Chase Farm Barns is provided by Mitsubishi EcoDan air source heat pumps, complemented by eco-log burners for additional warmth. This combination eliminates the need for unsightly radiators, while perfectly complementing the country-inspired design of the homes.
